Cooperation with the Client is agreed on an individual basis following Client’s expectations. We prefer regular, long-term cooperation so that we could get a better insight in Client’s needs and legal nature of the case. Nevertheless we are also open to single or short-term orders. 

The first contact with us is preferably a meeting at our office so we could learn Client’s needs and problems as well as introduce a lawyer responsible for cooperation, but we can also meet at Client’s place to present our offer of cooperation. Increasingly we both accept and deliver orders via electronic mail.  

We assure compliance with all the standards arising from the principles of professional ethics for lawyers as a profession of public trust (confidentiality, loyalty). We provide security to our Clients – in addition to the statutory insurance of licensed lawyers, the Law Firm and our key partners are covered by civil liability insurance up to the total amount of at least 10 m PLN. 

Our Law Firm provides services in Polish, German and English. We can provide legal assistance to our Clients also in such countries as: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom in cooperation with our associate law firms from the JCA network.

Our fee depends on the type  and nature of the case. The lump-sum fee is possible based on individual agreement. With complex or long-term projects we prefer remuneration based on hourly rates.

These are:

• from EUR 75 – per hour of lawyer’s work on simple tasks
• from EUR 150 – per hour of partners’ consultations

We also apply a budget limit for our services (cap fee) and accept cooperation on a “success fee” basis.

Our settlements are made on the basis of a report on the tasks performed as recorded in Time Frame, a well-known record-keeping system.
